Our solution is highly economic thanks to the design based on advanced methods and structural optimization. In combination with our own production and erection capacities, we can deliver assembled steel halls that offer you benefits in form of low price, complete and fast execution, technical design, and functional parameters.
Our assembled steel halls can be used for various purposes – from storage or agricultural halls with or without thermal insulation, over production halls, up to airport hangars or sports facilities.
Thanks to our professional background, we can design, manufacture, deliver, and install bespoke halls to suit individual requirements of our customers.
The greatest advantage of the steel hall system by Excon, consists in particular in their production in our production plant, optimization of dimensions of the manufactured parts, and subsequent minimization of necessary erection effort. This way, we can guarantee stable quality while at the same time significantly shortening the time required for complete delivery.
Steel halls are supplied including foundations respecting the specific foundation conditions, roof cladding, envelope, windows/doors and rough floors.
When designing foundations for the substructure of a hall, it is necessary to consider in particular the pressure and loads which occur during construction of halls. We assess the construction conditions on the groundwork of specific engineering-geological site conditions, weight of the hall, its intended use, and design a suitable method for substructure foundation.
Steel structures are normally supplied as hot-dip galvanized or with a paint system and color of customer’s choice. We can supply steel halls with gable roofs or flat roofs, single-aisle halls or halls with interior supports. Each hall can be optionally provided with a canopy or attached structures, brackets for overhead travelling cranes are also possible.
Internal fully automated production of steel structures in our plant takes place on the groundwork of a complete 3D model. Data from the model is transmitted into the production equipment thus guaranteeing a high geometric accuracy.
Depending on the purpose and requirements relating to the interior space, our modular line comprises two basic types of supporting steel structures:
Depending on the method of use and assignment conditions, we normally supply either:
Again, depending on the method of use and assignment conditions, we normally supply either:
Our design team will always propose an optimal structure of the envelope and roof cladding according to architectural requirements, intended use of the hall, its location, etc.
